• App. 25/00642/LBC and 25/00641/HOU Combe Dale, Clayhanger Lane. Retrospective Pedestrian door to garage first floor loft storage space. Construction of steps thereto. Retrospective permission to Remove boiler house. Erection of new gym ancilliary outbuilding. Relocation of oil tank and plinth.
• App. 25/00466 Greenlands, Wadeford. Detached double garage and store. Additional info – Lawful Development Certificate.
• App. 25/00604 Gesuda, Street Ash. Comprehensive refurbishment, including demolition of kitchen extension. Proposed revised extension and construction of new garage.
• App. 25/00804 Four Gables, Clayhanger Lane. Removal of ad-hoc greenhouse, gates fence and garden shed. Erection of new garage, home office/gym and lean-to with pedestrian gate.
• App. 25/00930 App. For a Lawful Development Certificate for proposed creation of agricultural access and laying of hardstanding. Land at Off Catchgate Lane (right on Parish Boundary)
• Update re slurry lagoon

5. The Lawns Play Area –

Cover/removal of Litter bins? .Quote for emptying bins.  Quarterly play inspection received.    Book annual play equipment inspection for June – RoSPA

6. Highways – SID – Warranty extension until November 2027. Info received re verge maintenance.
7. Flood Mitigation and Community Resilience   Draft version of Plan circulated prior to meeting for   information.   Watercourse Survey taking place.
8. Combe St. Nicholas Eco Fair – information
9. Finance – Annual Audit – Complete Annual Governance Statement. End of year figures for circulation
